`POST /chatrooms/{room_name}/games/floor/claim`

Buzz in. First ARRIVAL AT THE SERVER wins.

No client timestamp is read here or anywhere below it: player clocks are not
trustworthy, and the row lock is the tie-break. The claimant is the token,
never a body field.
