# Lock Buzz

`POST /chatrooms/{room_name}/canasta/buzz/lock`

Pause (or resume) the buzzers. Host only.

Pausing clears whoever currently holds the floor — a teacher pauses BECAUSE
she wants the room's attention, and leaving a live five-second countdown
running under the pause would be a countdown nobody can answer.
