# Check Daily Session Access

`GET /api/word-of-day/access-check/{date_str}`

Check user's access permissions for a specific daily session date.
Returns access status, attempt counts, and subscription info.

Used by frontend to:
- Show/hide premium features
- Display upgrade prompts at appropriate times
- Track attempts for free users
