# Archive a brainstorm

`DELETE /v1/brainstorms/{brainstormId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.flowral.app`
- URL: `https://api.flowral.app/v1/brainstorms/{brainstormId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - OAuth 2 (client credentials, token URL `https://api.flowral.app/v1/oauth/token`, scopes: `flows:write`)

Archives rather than destroys, so it can be restored — with one exception, same rule the app applies: a brainstorm with no ideas on it yet is deleted outright, since there is nothing in it to recover.

## Path parameters

- `brainstormId` string, required

## Response `204`

ARCHIVED (or deleted outright, if it had no ideas)

- `401`: UNAUTHORIZED
- `403`: FORBIDDEN · SUBSCRIPTION_PAST_DUE
- `404`: NOT_FOUND
- `429`: RATE_LIMITED
