# List Sequence Step Types

`GET /api/v1/campaigns/sequence/catalog`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:3009`
- URL: `http://localhost:3009/api/v1/campaigns/sequence/catalog`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the step types available to a campaign sequence. Pass an entry's `id` as `type` in Add Node. Entries where `default_config` is applied on creation; fields marked `required` are enforced. `start` and `wait` are listed for reference but cannot be added — `start` is seeded automatically and `wait` steps are managed for you between steps.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized — missing or invalid API key
- `403`: Forbidden. `code` says which permission refused: ROLE_FORBIDDEN (your role), INSUFFICIENT_SCOPE (the API key's scopes), WORKFLOW_FORBIDDEN (no access to the workflow), KEY_WORKFLOW_FORBIDDEN (the API key's workflow restriction).
- `429`: Too Many Requests — rate limit exceeded. Check `Retry-After` header for seconds until the limit resets.
