# Update ackDB Sync Destination

`PATCH /api/v1/ackdb/sync/connections/{connection_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:3009`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Update one sync destination. `field_mapping` replaces the mapping for future deliveries; existing workflow rows are not re-pushed. `status: paused` holds new changes until Resume chooses how to deliver them. `reentry_mode` applies only to legacy current-state syncs; event ledgers always append re-entry as `added`.

  - `status` 'paused': Pause this destination. Resume uses the dedicated endpoint because it needs a backlog choice.
  - `reentry_mode` 'suppress' | 'repush': Legacy current-state syncs only; event-ledger re-entry behavior is fixed.
  - `field_mapping` object: Complete replacement mapping. Already-delivered rows are not re-pushed.
