# Delete a dashboard

`DELETE /api/v1/ackdb/observe/dashboards/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:3009`
- URL: `http://localhost:3009/api/v1/ackdb/observe/dashboards/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Soft delete (tombstone). Owner only. A deleted dashboard leaves the list and every read.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Response `200`

Deletion outcome.

## Other responses

- `403`: Only the dashboard owner can delete it.
- `404`: DASHBOARD_NOT_FOUND.
