# Resolve unresolved content to an entity

`POST /api/v1/ackdb/entities/resolve`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:3009`
- URL: `http://localhost:3009/api/v1/ackdb/entities/resolve`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Moves an unresolved content record to an existing or new entity. Creates identity links, stores raw payload, writes traits to Postgres, and deletes from unresolved pool.

**Conflict checking:** If an identity link already exists on a different entity than the requested one, returns 409 IDENTITY_CONFLICT. Caller must merge entities first, then resolve.

## Request body

- AckdbResolveRequest: Request to resolve unresolved content to an entity.
  - `unresolvedContentId` string, required: ID of the unresolved content record to resolve.
  - `entityId` string, required: Target entity. Null = auto-create a new entity.

## Response `200`

Content resolved to entity successfully

- AckdbResolveResponse: Response from a successful resolve operation.
  - `data` object, required
    - `entityId` string, required
    - `contentId` string, required
    - `created` boolean, required: True if a new entity was created.
    - `identityLinksCreated` integer, required
    - `traitsWritten` integer, required

## Other responses

- `404`: Unresolved content or entity not found
- `409`: Identity link already belongs to a different entity
