`GET /setup/checklist`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

Derived by probing the workspace's resources on every call, not stored —
so it cannot drift when a resource is deleted. Each item reports whether
it is complete, whether it is required, and a sentence explaining why.
