  - `CashOrdersPickupEnabled` boolean, required: True if the store accepts cash payment for pickup orders
  - `LeadTimeMinutes` integer, required: Auto accept lead time for collection orders
  - `EtaInPickupConfirmationSmsEnabled` boolean, required: True if order confirmation sms includes estimated time when order will be ready for collection
