  - `Data` GetEndUserFeeConfigsResponse, required: The current end user fee configs for a Store, one per channel and payment method
    - `EndUserFees` EndUserFeeConfig[]: The current end user fee configs for the Store, one per channel and payment method combination present
      - `Channel` 'WebApp' | 'InStore' | 'Kiosk': The order channel this fee config applies to
      - `PaymentMethod` 'Cash' | 'Card': The payment method this fee config applies to
      - `MinOrderAmount` number, double: Order amount below which MinFixedFee is charged instead of the percent/fixed calculation
      - `MinFixedFee` number, double: Fixed fee charged for orders at or below MinOrderAmount
      - `PercentFee` number, double: Percentage fee applied to the order amount
      - `FixedFee` number, double: Fixed fee compared against the percentage fee - the greater of the two is charged
      - `Cap` number, double: Maximum fee that can be charged
    - `IsV2FeeCalculationEnabled` boolean: Whether the V2 (tiered) fee calculation is enabled for this Store

- `403`: Successful authentication, but authorization has been denied for this request.
