# Get flight counts for operator

`GET /operators/{id}/flights/counts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://aeroapi.flightaware.com/aeroapi`
- URL: `https://aeroapi.flightaware.com/aeroapi/operators/{id}/flights/counts`
- Auth: API key in header `x-apikey`

Returns counts of both airborne and recently operated flights for
operator.

## Response `200`

OK

- object
  - `airborne` integer, required: The number of currently airborne flights for this operator.
  - `flights_last_24_hours` integer, required: The number of flights departed in the last 24 hours for this operator, including airborne flights.

## Other responses

- `400`: Incorrect parameter (id). Id must be a valid operator code and cannot be empty.
- `404`: No such operator exists.
