# Count talent profiles for a staged filter tree

`POST /api/v1/talent/profiles/count`

## Request

Prices an arbitrary staged filter tree — unsaved edits and relaxation previews included, so the tree rides in the body rather than a saved-search id. `funnel: true` adds two counts per top-level gate, all in one _msearch: `count`, how many would match with that gate dropped (leave-one-out), and `cumulative`, how many match the gates up to and including it in root order.
