Live send state: the account and action outreach expects to use, the window it expects to send in, and why it is waiting

    - `account_name` string, nullable, required: The account outreach expects to send from
    - `expected_action` string, nullable, required: message | invitation | inmail — an expectation, not a promise: dispatch re-decides on fresher facts
    - `expected_window_start` string, nullable, required
    - `expected_window_end` string, nullable, required
    - `expires_at` string, nullable, required
    - `wait_reason` string, nullable, required: Why the send has not gone out yet, in words

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Approved client access required
- `404`: No LinkedIn send with that id on one of the caller’s own jobs
