# Get one WhatsApp chatbot (proxied from outreach-platform)

`GET /api/v1/outreach/chatbots/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.flexiple.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.flexiple.com/api/v1/outreach/chatbots/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Backs the picker when a saved step points at a chatbot that is no longer listed. An archived or unpublished chatbot is returned with selectable false, never as missing.

  - `data` object, required
    - `id` string, required: Outreach chatbot id. It names exactly one version of the chatbot.
    - `name` string, required
    - `version` integer, required
    - `selectable` boolean, required: False when the chatbot cannot be started right now
    - `unavailable_reason` string, nullable, required: Why the chatbot cannot be selected; null when selectable

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication failed
- `404`: No such chatbot in outreach
- `422`: Client account has no WorkOS organization (not connected to outreach)
- `502`: Outreach platform unavailable
