# Transform Image

`GET /api/v1/media/transform`

## Request

Return a resized/re-encoded image variant, cached on disk.

Responses are immutable (1-year cache). Unknown/escaped paths or
unsupported extensions return 404; render failures return 500.

## Query parameters

- `path` string, required: Source path relative to the data dir, e.g. uploads/blog/images/abc.png
- `w` integer: Target width in CSS pixels (height auto-scaled).
- `format` string: Output format: webp | jpeg | png.
