Submit an error report. Anonymous, rate-limited, strictly sanitized.

Free text is enum/regex-validated + injection-blocklisted + XSS-checked
after sanitizing (agent_error_report_service). Admins triage via the
Agent Analytics page; no personal data is collected (ip_hash only).
