  - `occurred_at` string, date-time, required: Date and time of the expense.
  - `vehicle_id` integer, required: The ID of the associated `Vehicle`.
  - `vehicle_name` string, required: The name of the associated `Vehicle`.
  - `vendor_id` integer, nullable, required
  - `vendor_name` string, nullable, required: The name of the associated `Vendor`.
