# Create an alert rule

`POST /v1/alerts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://sorqen.flashodds.live`
- URL: `https://sorqen.flashodds.live/v1/alerts`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Alerts are plan-gated. The response includes a signing secret shown once; Sorqen stores only its hash.

## Request body

- object
  - `name` string
  - `target_url` string, uri
  - `filters` object

## Response `201`

Rule created; the signing secret is returned once.

## Other responses

- `400`: Rule rejected.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: The authenticated plan does not include this entitlement.
- `429`: Plan request limit exceeded. Retry-After and X-RateLimit headers are returned.
