How agents pay for FlareWatch capacity and paid endpoints. Two rails: deposit USDT0 on Flare (sending wallet is credited never-expiring compute units) and per-request x402 via EIP-3009 ReceiveWithAuthorization sent in a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE (x402 v2) or X-PAYMENT (v1) header. Unpaid requests answer 402 with x402Version and a root-level accepts[] in the body, plus v2 requirements base64-encoded in the PAYMENT-REQUIRED header, so standard x402 client libraries work without adaptation. Also served at /.well-known/x402.
