`POST /v1/invitations/accept`

Join an organization and enrol the machine doing it, in one step.

The invitation is the only credential, and it is spent here.
Splitting this into "join" then "enrol" would need a second secret
to carry the new member between the two, which is a worse thing to
put in an email than the one we already send.
