`POST /v1/auth/sign-up`

## Request

Create a team from a verified address, and start its trial.

The last thing only an operator could do. Safe to expose because
it needs a link somebody proved they can read, and it starts a
trial rather than handing out free capacity.

## Request body

- CompleteSignUp: Spend a sign-up link and name the organization it creates.
  - `token` string, required
  - `organization_name` string, required
