# Delete Knowledge Source

`DELETE /v1/agent/knowledge-sources/{source_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fish.audio`
- URL: `https://api.fish.audio/v1/agent/knowledge-sources/{source_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Delete a knowledge source. Returns 409 while any agent still references it
— in its draft or in its currently published version (sessions resolve
sources at call time, so deleting a published reference would change a
running agent). Check `GET /v1/agent/knowledge-sources/{source_id}/agents`,
detach via the agent config, and republish if needed before deleting.

## Path parameters

- `source_id` string, required

## Response `204`

Request fulfilled, nothing follows

## Other responses

- `401`: No permission -- see authorization schemes
- `404`: Nothing matches the given URI
- `409`: Request conflict
- `503`: The server cannot process the request due to a high load
