# Get the stock prices for a company

`GET /v3/company/stock-prices`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai/v3/company/stock-prices`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apiKey`

Returns the daily stock price series for the specified company, including open price, close price, and volume, in reverse chronological order (most recent first). Prices are quoted in the listing's trading currency and adjusted using the company's split history (the primary listing's corporate actions). When the company's primary listing is a depositary receipt, that receipt is also adjusted for ADS ratio changes. When the request denotes a secondary listing, that listing's own price series is returned; if it is unavailable, the primary listing's prices are returned as a fallback. Unlike /v2, the response identifies the exact listing the prices belong to (`listingFiscalIdentifier`, `ticker`, `exchangeCode`, `tradingCurrency`, `tradingStatus`), so callers always know whether they received the primary or a secondary listing.

## Query parameters

- `apiKey` string: API Key (alternatively send via X-Api-Key header)
- `ticker` string: Company ticker, use with mic or alone for US tickers
- `micCode` string: Company MIC, use with ticker
- `exchange` string: Company exchange code, use with ticker
- `companyKey` string: Company key (alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange)
- `cusip` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange. Company CUSIP
- `isin` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange. Company ISIN
- `figi` string: FIGI (Financial Instrument Global Identifier). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `cik` string: Company CIK (SEC Central Index Key). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `fscl` string: Fiscal.ai stable company identifier (the companyFiscalIdentifier field). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `startDate` string: Filter prices from this date onwards (YYYY-MM-DD format)
- `endDate` string: Filter prices up to and including this date (YYYY-MM-DD format)
- `latest` boolean: If true, returns only the most recent stock price

## Response `200`

Stock prices, with the identity of the listing they belong to

  - `listingFiscalIdentifier` string: Fiscal.ai stable identifier of the listing these prices belong to.
  - `ticker` string, required: Ticker of the listing these prices belong to.
  - `exchangeCode` string, required: Exchange code of the listing these prices belong to.
  - `operatingMic` string: Operating MIC of the listing exchange.
  - `segmentMic` string: Segment MIC of the listing exchange.
  - `tradingCurrency` string: Currency the prices are quoted in.
  - `tradingStatus` 'active' | 'delisted' | 'pre_ipo' | 'suspended': Trading status of the listing these prices belong to.
  - `prices` object[], required: Daily split-adjusted price series, most recent first.
