# Get filings for a company

`GET /v2/company/filings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai/v2/company/filings`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apiKey`

Retrieves a list of filings for the specified company from the last 20 years. Currently supports:
- Annual Report
- Interim Report
- Earnings Press Release
- Current Report
- Initial Registration Statement

The fiscal year, quarter, and report date are only available if there was financial data extracted from the filing.

## Query parameters

- `apiKey` string: API Key (alternatively send via X-Api-Key header)
- `ticker` string: Company ticker, use with mic or alone for US tickers
- `micCode` string: Company MIC, use with ticker
- `exchange` string: Company exchange code, use with ticker
- `companyKey` string: Company key (alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange)
- `cusip` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange. Company CUSIP
- `isin` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange. Company ISIN
- `figi` string: FIGI (Financial Instrument Global Identifier). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `cik` string: Company CIK (SEC Central Index Key). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `fscl` string: Fiscal.ai stable company identifier (the companyFiscalIdentifier field). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.

  - `documentType` 'Annual Report' | 'Annual Report (Amended)' | 'Interim Report' | 'Interim Report (Amended)' | 'Earnings Press Release' | 'Earnings Press Release (Amended)' | 'Initial Registration Statement' | 'Initial Registration Statement (Amended)' | 'Current Report' | 'Current Report (Amended)', required: Type of document: Annual Report, Annual Report (Amended), Interim Report, Interim Report (Amended), Earnings Press Release, Earnings Press Release (Amended), Initial Registration Statement, Initial Registration Statement (Amended), Current Report, Current Report (Amended)
  - `secFormType` string: The SEC form type of the filing
  - `secExhibitType` string: The SEC exhibit type of the filing (e.g., EX-99.1 for earnings press releases)
  - `filingDate` string, required: The date the filing was filed at
  - `reportDate` string: If the report is an Annual Report, Interim Report, or an Earnings Press Release, the company's reporting date.
  - `fiscalYear` integer: If the report is an Annual Report, Interim Report, or an Earnings Press Release, the company's reporting fiscal year.
  - `fiscalQuarter` integer: If the report is an Annual Report, Interim Report, or an Earnings Press Release, the company's reporting fiscal quarter.
  - `pdfUrl` string, required: URL to the PDF of the filing
  - `sourceUrl` string: The source to the original document, for now supports SEC only.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not Found
