# List all institutional holders

`GET /v1/ownership/institutional/holders`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai/v1/ownership/institutional/holders`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apiKey`

Returns the directory of institutional holders with holder ID, normalized name, and SEC CIK when available. Free-trial keys receive the holders included in the trial rather than the full directory.

## Query parameters

- `apiKey` string: API Key (alternatively send via X-Api-Key header)
- `cik` string: Optional SEC CIK filter (with or without leading zeros).
- `pageNumber` integer: Page number (1-indexed). `page` is accepted as an alias when `pageNumber` is absent.
- `pageSize` integer: Number of records per page, max 1000
