# Get the full PDF of a holder-scoped institutional filing

`GET /v1/ownership/filing/{filingId}/pdf`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai/v1/ownership/filing/{filingId}/pdf`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apiKey`

Downloads the PDF of an ownership filing keyed by holder UUID rather than company. Free-trial keys can read the filings of the holders listed by /v1/ownership/institutional/holders; other holders return 403.

## Path parameters

- `filingId` string, required: Filing ID

## Query parameters

- `holderId` string: Ownership holder UUID. Provide either `holderId` or `cik`.
- `cik` string: SEC CIK of the holder (with or without leading zeros). Provide either `holderId` or `cik`.
- `apiKey` string: API Key (alternatively send via X-Api-Key header)

## Response `200`

Holder filing PDF

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not Found
