# Get insider holders for a company

`GET /v1/company/ownership/insider/holders`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai/v1/company/ownership/insider/holders`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apiKey`

Returns insider holders with per-account holdings: ownership type (direct/indirect), security class, and derivative positions held as a share class, marked by `derivativeKind`. The holder's `sharesHeldTotal`, `valueTotal` and `percentOfSharesOutstanding` include those positions.

## Query parameters

- `apiKey` string: API Key (alternatively send via X-Api-Key header)
- `ticker` string: Company ticker, use with mic or alone for US tickers
- `micCode` string: Company MIC, use with ticker
- `exchange` string: Company exchange code, use with ticker
- `companyKey` string: Company key (alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange)
- `cusip` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange. Company CUSIP
- `isin` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange. Company ISIN
- `figi` string: FIGI (Financial Instrument Global Identifier). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `cik` string: Company CIK (SEC Central Index Key). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `fscl` string: Fiscal.ai stable company identifier (the companyFiscalIdentifier field). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `includeInactive` boolean: Set to `true` to include insiders who are no longer actively affiliated with the company. Defaults to excluding them.
- `pageNumber` integer: Page number (1-indexed). `page` is accepted as an alias when `pageNumber` is absent.
- `pageSize` integer: Number of records per page, max 1000

      - `derivativeKind` string: Present on a derivative position that is economically a held share class: "held_share_class". Its balance counts toward the holder's share totals.

      - `filingDate` string
      - `value` number: Market value of this holding in the company's trading currency: main-class-equivalent shares × latest price. Present when shares-outstanding and latest-price data are available.
      - `percentOfSharesOutstanding` number: This holding's main-class-equivalent shares as a percentage of total shares outstanding, on a 0–100 scale. Present when shares-outstanding data is available.
