# Get a company's IR events (currently earnings events)

`GET /v1/company/ir-events`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai/v1/company/ir-events`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apiKey`

Lists the resources attached to a company's IR events — currently earnings events, with more event types to come. Rows that share a fiscal period belong to the same event: the interim/annual report(s), the slide deck, the press release, and — when a call was held — the transcript and audio recording.

## Query parameters

- `apiKey` string: API Key (alternatively send via X-Api-Key header)
- `ticker` string: Company ticker, use with mic or alone for US tickers
- `micCode` string: Company MIC, use with ticker
- `exchange` string: Company exchange code, use with ticker
- `companyKey` string: Company key (alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange)
- `cusip` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange. Company CUSIP
- `isin` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange. Company ISIN
- `figi` string: FIGI (Financial Instrument Global Identifier). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `cik` string: Company CIK (SEC Central Index Key). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `fscl` string: Fiscal.ai stable company identifier (the companyFiscalIdentifier field). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.

## Response `200`

An array of IR event resources

- object[]
  - `eventType` string, required: The IR event type. Currently only 'earnings'.
  - `eventDate` string: The event date (call date when known).
  - `fiscalYear` integer: Fiscal year of the event.
  - `fiscalQuarter` integer: Fiscal quarter (annual report = 4).
  - `resourceType` 'document' | 'transcript' | 'audio', required: The type of resource attached to the event.
  - `role` string, required: interim_report | annual_report | slide_deck | press_release | transcript | audio
  - `resourceId` string, required: For documents: the filing_id — resolve the PDF via /v1/filing/{filing_id}/pdf. For transcript/audio: the event key.
  - `url` string, required: The fiscal.ai URL that serves this resource.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not Found
