# Get analyst price targets and ratings for a company

`GET /v1/company/estimates/street/ratings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai/v1/company/estimates/street/ratings`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apiKey`

Returns the Wall Street analysts' current price target consensus and average recommendation for a company, from Zacks Investment Research. Keys without Street Consensus on their plan get the free-plan companies. Personal (non-commercial) API plans get none of it. Zacks covers companies whose primary listing is on a US exchange, and the target is in US dollars per share of that listing. Wherever the data is shown, credit it: "Data provided by Zacks Investment Research, Inc., www.zacksdata.com", linked to https://www.zacksdata.com.

## Query parameters

- `apiKey` string: API Key (alternatively send via X-Api-Key header)
- `ticker` string: Company ticker, use with mic or alone for US tickers
- `micCode` string: Company MIC, use with ticker
- `exchange` string: Company exchange code, use with ticker
- `companyKey` string: Company key (alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange)
- `cusip` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange. Company CUSIP
- `isin` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange. Company ISIN
- `figi` string: FIGI (Financial Instrument Global Identifier). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `cik` string: Company CIK (SEC Central Index Key). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `fscl` string: Fiscal.ai stable company identifier (the companyFiscalIdentifier field). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.

  - `priceTarget` object, nullable, required: The analysts' price target consensus, in US dollars per share of the company's primary US listing. Null when Zacks has no current target for the company.
    - `mean` number, nullable, required: The mean of the analysts' price targets.
    - `median` number, nullable, required: The median of the analysts' price targets.
    - `high` number, nullable, required: The highest individual price target.
    - `low` number, nullable, required: The lowest individual price target.
    - `stdDev` number, nullable, required: Standard deviation of the individual price targets.
    - `numEstimates` number, nullable, required: How many price targets the mean is over.
    - `asOf` string, nullable, required: The day the price target figures last changed: the date of the first Zacks daily file that showed them after one that showed others. Null when they have not changed since the first daily file we hold for the company (our history starts in October 2026), so the day they last changed is not known. A target that leaves the figures here as they were (a reiterated one) can move it too.
  - `rating` object, nullable, required: The analysts' consensus recommendation. Null when Zacks has no current rating for the company.
    - `mean` number, nullable, required: Zacks's average brokerage recommendation, on the scale 1 Strong Buy, 2 Buy, 3 Hold, 4 Sell, 5 Strong Sell, so lower is more bullish. One decimal, as Zacks sends it. It is not the Zacks Rank, and it can differ from the weighted mean of the counts below.
    - `numAnalysts` number, nullable, required: How many analysts give a rating: the five counts add up to it.
    - `strongBuy` number, nullable, required: How many analysts rate the stock Strong Buy (1).
    - `buy` number, nullable, required: How many analysts rate the stock Buy (2).
    - `hold` number, nullable, required: How many analysts rate the stock Hold (3).
    - `sell` number, nullable, required: How many analysts rate the stock Sell (4).
    - `strongSell` number, nullable, required: How many analysts rate the stock Strong Sell (5).
    - `asOf` string, nullable, required: The day the ratings last changed: the date of the first Zacks daily file that showed them after one that showed others. Null when they have not changed since the first daily file we hold for the company (our history starts in October 2026), so the day they last changed is not known.
