# Get Agentic Consensus estimates for a company

`GET /v1/company/estimates`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.fiscal.ai/v1/company/estimates`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apiKey`

Returns our forward estimates for a company's quarters and fiscal years, in its reporting currency. `data` opens with recently reported periods, each holding our pre-print estimate and the filed `actual`. Each cell has the estimate (`mean`), its `high`/`low` range, its `source` (company guidance, our model or our AI estimate) and `flags`. `eps_gaap`, `net_income`, `ebit` and `ebitda` carry the GAAP figure; `eps_adjusted`, `net_income_adjusted`, `ebit_adjusted` and `ebitda_adjusted` the company-adjusted one. The Agentic Consensus Reference (https://docs.fiscal.ai/docs/reference/estimates) explains periods, lines and flags. Keys without Agentic Consensus access get the free-plan companies.

## Query parameters

- `apiKey` string: API Key (alternatively send via X-Api-Key header)
- `ticker` string: Company ticker, use with mic or alone for US tickers
- `micCode` string: Company MIC, use with ticker
- `exchange` string: Company exchange code, use with ticker
- `companyKey` string: Company key (alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange)
- `cusip` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange. Company CUSIP
- `isin` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange. Company ISIN
- `figi` string: FIGI (Financial Instrument Global Identifier). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `cik` string: Company CIK (SEC Central Index Key). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `fscl` string: Fiscal.ai stable company identifier (the companyFiscalIdentifier field). An alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange.
- `currency` string: ISO 4217 target currency code (e.g., USD, CAD, EUR). Case-insensitive; system normalizes to uppercase. Must be 3-4 letters. Defaults to company's reporting currency.
- `includeReportedPeriods` boolean: Include recently reported periods (our pre-print estimate and the filed `actual`). Default `true`.

  - `currency` string, required: The currency of every amount and per-share figure: the reporting currency, or `currency` when given.
  - `originalCurrency` string: Only with `currency`: the reporting currency the estimates were converted from.
  - `updatedAt` string, required
  - `engineVersion` string, required: The deploy that produced the payload.
  - `primaryEpsBasis` 'gaap' | 'adjusted', required: Which EPS line leads for the company: `adjusted` (`eps_adjusted`) or `gaap` (`eps_gaap`).
  - `data` object[], required: Periods in fiscal order: recently reported periods first (our pre-print estimate and the filed `actual`), then the forecast horizon. Cells sit under `metricsValues`, keyed by metric id; `periodId` joins the financial statements.

    - `reportDate` string, nullable, required
    - `periodDuration` string, nullable, required: `3 Months`, `6 Months` or `12 Months`. Null when `reportDate` is.
    - `calendarYear` number, nullable, required: The calendar year of the period end. Null when `reportDate` is.
    - `calendarQuarter` number, nullable, required: The calendar quarter of the period end, as on the financial statements. Null when `reportDate` is.
    - `fiscalYear` number, required
    - `fiscalQuarter` number, nullable, required
    - `earningsDate` string, nullable, required: When the period's results were first published (UTC). Null until the period is filed.
    - `earningsTimeOfDay` string, nullable, required: The UTC time of day of `earningsDate`. Null until the period is filed.
    - `metricsValues` object, required
    - `appliedExchangeRate` number: Only with `currency`: the rate this period's amounts were multiplied by, from `originalCurrency` to `currency`. The spot rate on the period end, as the financial statements use for the same period; the newest stored rate for a period ending after it.
