Also returns non-cash distributions, upcoming and preferred dividends, cancellations, dividends on other listings, dividends per share by fiscal period, and a summary of the trailing and forward dividend per share. A company with several share classes returns its primary class, or the class of the listing requested where that class has its own dividends, unless `shareClass=all`. The DPS figures describe that class, per share of the listing requested: per ADS for a depositary receipt, otherwise per share. ## Query parameters - `apiKey` string: API Key (alternatively send via X-Api-Key header) - `ticker` string: Company ticker, use with mic or alone for US tickers - `micCode` string: Company MIC, use with ticker - `exchange` string: Company exchange code, use with ticker - `companyKey` string: Company key (alternative to ticker/micCode/exchange) - `cusip` string: Requires CUSIP/ISIN license. Applies to `dividends`, `nonCashDistributions`, `forwardDividends`, the summary, `periodDps` and `annualizedDpsHistory`; `preferredDividends`, `secondaryDividends` and `cancellations` cover the whole company. Null when there is none. - `annualizedDpsSplitAdj` number, nullable, required: `annualizedDps` adjusted for stock splits. - `annualizedDpsIsAdr` boolean, nullable, required: True when the DPS figures are per ADS, false when per ordinary share.
