- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `fs_session`

## Response `200`

Lista de urmărire, cu numitorul plafonului.

- object
  - `items` object[]
  - `count` integer
  - `limit` integer, nullable: 25 pe contul gratuit; null = cont fără plafon.
  - `plan` string

## Other responses

- `401`: Eroare — corp JSON { error, message } în limbaj natural.
