# Restanțe la buget (ANAF, lista datornicilor) — fără credit

`GET /api/v1/company/{cui}/debts`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `fs_session`

Din lista trimestrială ANAF a datornicilor. `hasDebt:false` = nu figurează (fără restanțe raportate peste pragul ANAF).

Restanțe (sau hasDebt:false).

  - `totalOwed` integer: Principal + accesorii (lei), fără partea contestată.

  - `byBudget` object
    - `stat` integer
    - `asigurariSociale` integer
    - `somaj` integer
    - `sanatate` integer
  - `asOf` string, date, nullable

## Other responses

- `401`: Eroare — corp JSON { error, message } în limbaj natural.
