  - `CardCountry` string, nullable: Two-letter country code of the payment method (for international fee calculation)
  - `CardFunding` string, nullable: Stripe card funding type when PaymentMethod is a card: "credit", "debit", "prepaid", or "unknown"
  - `Amount` number, double, nullable: Optional client-calculated unpaid invoice amount (used as an override if smaller than server total)
