`GET /v1/budgets/transactions-without-budget`

Get all transactions NOT linked to a budget, possibly limited by start and end

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer
- `page` integer
- `start` string, date
- `end` string, date

## Headers

- `X-Trace-Id` string, uuid

## Response `200`

A list of transactions.

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad request
- `401` — Unauthenticated
- `404` — Page not found
- `422` — Validation error. The body will have the exact details.
- `500` — Internal exception
