  - `algorithm` 'MPC_ECDSA_SECP256K1' | 'MPC_EDDSA_ED25519': Elliptic Curve
  - `derivationPath` integer[]: BIP44 derivation path
  - `publicKey` string: Compressed/Uncompressed public key value in hex representation
