# Cancel a transaction

`POST /transactions/{txId}/cancel`

Cancels a transaction by Fireblocks Transaction ID.

Can be used only for transactions that did not get to the BROADCASTING state.
Endpoint Permission: Admin, Non-Signing Admin, Signer, Approver, Editor.
