Get list of earn providers.

- GetProvidersResponse
  - `data` EarnProvider[], required: Page of integrated lending providers.
    - `providerId` 'MORPHO' | 'AAVE': Stable protocol identifier (`MORPHO` or `AAVE`).
    - `displayName` string: Human-readable protocol name for UI.
    - `logoUrl` string: URL for the provider logo asset.
    - `supportedChainIds` integer[]: EVM chain IDs where this provider is supported.
    - `isTermsApprovalRequired` boolean: Whether the user must accept terms before using this provider.
    - `termsOfServiceUrl` string: URL to the provider terms of service, when applicable.
    - `isTermsOfServiceApproved` boolean: Whether terms have been approved for this workspace / context.
  - `next` string: Opaque cursor for the next page; empty when there is no next page.
  - `prev` string: Opaque cursor for the previous page; empty when there is no previous page.
  - `total` integer, required: Total number of items matching the query.

## Other responses

- `403`: Forbidden: insufficient permissions, disabled feature, or restricted access.
- `404`: Not found: requested resource does not exist.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded: slow down and retry later.
- `500`: Internal error while processing the request.
- `default`: Error Response
