Endpoint Permission: Admin and Non-Signing Admin.

A paginated response containing Cosigner objects

    - `archived` boolean, required: Whether the cosigner is archived

    - `name` string: The name of the cosigner
    - `type` 'SANDBOX' | 'SGX' | 'GCP-CONFSPACE' | 'AWS-NITRO' | 'PLAIN': The type of the cosigner
    - `version` VersionSummary
      - `hash` string, required: The version hash of the cosigner
      - `name` string: The name of the version
  - `next` string, nullable: The ID of the next page
