Unpair an API user from a cosigner
Endpoint Permission: Admin and Non-Signing Admin.

The API user object to be unpaired

  - `id` string, uuid, required: The unique identifier of the API user
  - `lastSeen` string, date-time: The date the API user was last seen
  - `callbackHandler` CallbackHandler
    - `url` string, required: The callback handler's URL
    - `publicKey` string: The callback handler's public key
    - `certPublicKeyHash` string: A hashed representation of the public key of the callback handler's certificate
