  - `planName` string: Tên gói dịch vụ
  - `subscriptionStatus` 0 | 1 | 2 | 3: Trạng thái hợp đồng (0 = Draft, 1 = Active, 2 = Expired, 3 = Cancelled)
  - `subscriptionStartDate` string, date-time: Ngày bắt đầu hợp đồng
  - `subscriptionEndDate` string, date-time: Ngày kết thúc hợp đồng
  - `daysRemaining` integer: Số ngày còn lại của hợp đồng
  - `oaUserName` string: Tài khoản Official Account
  - `oaStatus` 0 | 1 | 2 | 3: Trạng thái Official Account (0 = Requested, 1 = Verified, 2 = Rejected, 3 = Revoked)
  - `oaDisplayName` string: Tên hiển thị của Official Account
  - `userCount` integer: Số người dùng đang hoạt động
  - `openTicketCount` integer: Số yêu cầu hỗ trợ đang mở
  - `isDeleted` boolean: Đã xóa mềm
  - `onboardedDate` string, date-time: Ngày bắt đầu sử dụng
