    - `category` integer: Nhóm: 1 thương hiệu, 2 lãnh đạo, 3 sản phẩm, 4 tin đồn, 5 đối thủ
    - `severity` integer: Mức nghiêm trọng khi khớp (0..3)
    - `isActive` boolean: Đang bật
