Xếp hạng theo: người đang theo dõi, mã quan tâm (watchlist, cảnh báo giá, mã xem gần đây), nhóm đã tham gia,
độ hot, chất lượng, độ mới (theo giờ thị trường), biến động giá trong phiên. Mỗi bài có feedReason / feedReasonCode.
offset = 0 lấy bảng tin mới nếu bản đang có cũ quá 2 phút; refresh = true luôn xếp hạng lại (kéo để làm mới).
Trang sau cắt từ cùng một bản xếp hạng (tối đa 200 bài) nên không trùng, không sót dù request rơi vào máy chủ nào.
