`GET /admin/excel/templates`

reviewStatus = 1: hàng đợi chờ duyệt, cũ nhất trước. app không truyền = chỉ mẫu Excel (như trước).

      - `label` string: Nhãn hiển thị (mặc định = name)
      - `type` string, required: Loại: symbol | symbols | period | date | number | text | select
      - `defaultValue` string: Giá trị mặc định (number: số dạng invariant; select: một trong options)
      - `required` boolean: Bắt buộc nhập
      - `description` string: Hướng dẫn / mô tả
      - `options` string[]: Các lựa chọn - chỉ dùng (và bắt buộc) với type = select, tối đa 50 lựa chọn x 100 ký tự
    - `reviewNote` string: Ghi chú của người duyệt (lý do từ chối...) - chỉ trả cho chủ sở hữu / admin
    - `shareCount` integer: Số người dùng được chia sẻ trực tiếp
    - `shareUrl` string: Link chia sẻ ({ExcelTemplateShareBaseUrl}/{token}) - chỉ trả cho chủ sở hữu, khi đã tạo link
    - `canEdit` boolean: Người dùng hiện tại được sửa mẫu (chủ sở hữu mẫu không chính thức, hoặc admin)
    - `canUse` boolean: Người dùng hiện tại được dùng mẫu (tải nội dung): đã đăng nhập và đủ hạng thành viên, hoặc chủ sở hữu / admin
    - `featuredOrder` integer: Thứ tự trong danh sách nổi bật (nhỏ lên trước)
    - `isDeleted` boolean: Đã xóa mềm (chỉ gặp ở danh sách admin với includeDeleted = true)
    - `templateId` integer: ID mẫu
    - `name` string: Tên mẫu
    - `description` string: Mô tả
    - `categoryCode` string: Mã danh mục (market, financials, valuation...)
    - `categoryName` string: Tên danh mục
    - `tags` string[]: Tag (chữ thường)
    - `ownerUserName` string: Tên đăng nhập của chủ sở hữu
    - `ownerName` string: Tên hiển thị của chủ sở hữu (null nếu không tra được)
    - `ownerAvatar` string: URL ảnh đại diện của chủ sở hữu (null nếu không tra được)
    - `visibility` 0 | 1 | 2: Chế độ chia sẻ: 0 Private, 1 Link, 2 Public (0 = Private, 1 = Link, 2 = Public)
    - `reviewStatus` 0 | 1 | 2 | 3: Trạng thái duyệt: 0 None, 1 Pending, 2 Approved, 3 Rejected (0 = None, 1 = Pending, 2 = Approved, 3 = Rejected)
    - `isOfficial` boolean: Mẫu chính thức do FireAnt phát hành (luôn hiện trong thư viện)
    - `isFeatured` boolean: Mẫu nổi bật
    - `minMembershipLevel` integer: Hạng thành viên tối thiểu để dùng mẫu: 0 Free, 1 Basic, 2 Pro, 3 Premium
    - `thumbnailUrl` string: URL ảnh xem trước (công khai)
    - `fileFormat` string: Định dạng tệp = đuôi tệp: xlsx, xltx, docx, dotx, pptx, potx
    - `app` string: Ứng dụng của mẫu (suy ra từ fileFormat): excel | word | powerpoint
    - `fileSize` integer: Kích thước tệp (byte)
    - `version` integer: Phiên bản tệp hiện tại (tăng mỗi lần thay tệp)
    - `functions` string[]: Các hàm FireAnt dùng trong mẫu (FA.QUOTE, FA.RATIO...)
    - `sheetNames` string[]: Tên các sheet trong mẫu
    - `language` string: Ngôn ngữ của mẫu (vi, en...)
    - `usageCount` integer: Số lượt sử dụng
    - `likeCount` integer: Số lượt thích
    - `isLiked` boolean: Người dùng hiện tại đã thích mẫu (false khi chưa đăng nhập)
    - `isOwner` boolean: Người dùng hiện tại là chủ sở hữu (false khi chưa đăng nhập)
    - `createdDate` string, date-time: Ngày tạo
    - `updatedDate` string, date-time: Ngày cập nhật cuối
    - `publishedDate` string, date-time: Ngày phát hành (lần đầu được duyệt / phát hành chính thức)
