Get a list of holidays for global exchanges.

- `exchange` string, required

  - `exchange` string: Exchange.
  - `data` MarketHolidayData[]: Array of holidays.
    - `eventName` string: Holiday's name.
    - `atDate` string: Date.
    - `tradingHour` string: Trading hours for this day if the market is partially closed only.
