# BIC zu einer deutschen Bankleitzahl ermitteln

## Request

Liefert den BIC zu einer deutschen Bankleitzahl aus dem Bundesbank-Verzeichnis. Andere Länder liefern immer found=false mit reason='unsupported_country', dafür ist der BIC aus der Quelldatei (DTAZV) oder aus manueller Eingabe zu nehmen. Erfordert das Feature 'payments' ODER 'paymentsAbroad' (Zahlungsverkehr-Abo bzw. Auslandsmodul-Add-on schließt es ein). Auth per Login-Session oder Bearer-Credential (API-Key oder OAuth-Token), unabhängig vom Scope: diese Route prüft keinen OAuth-Scope, nur das Konto-Feature.

## Response `200`

Ergebnis der Suche: auch 'nicht gefunden' bzw. 'Land nicht unterstützt' ist ein 200.

- BankLookupResult: Von Hand gepflegt (siehe Kommentar am Dateianfang): die Route validiert Query-Parameter und Antwort nicht gegen ein zod-Schema.
  - `found` boolean, required
  - `bic` string: Nur bei found=true.
  - `bankName` string: Nur bei found=true.
  - `dataDate` string: Stichtag der zugrunde liegenden Bundesbank-Datei (YYYY-MM-DD). Nur bei found=true.
  - `reason` 'unsupported_country': Nur gesetzt, wenn country ungleich 'DE' war.

## Other responses

- `401`: Kein oder ungültiges Credential (code auth_required bzw. invalid_key).
- `403`: Feature 'payments'/'paymentsAbroad' fehlt (code subscription_required).
