# Run an agent with specified parameters

`POST /run-agent/{agent_id}`

Creates a new session and starts execution of the specified agent

## Path parameters

- `agent_id` string, required

## Headers

- `Authorization` string, required

## Request body

  - `browser_id` string, required: The ID of the browser instance to use
  - `agent_input` object, required: Input parameters for the agent
  - `max_retries` integer: Maximum number of retry attempts

## Response `200`

Successfully started agent execution

- object
  - `session_id` string: The unique identifier for the created session

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication token
- `500`: Internal server error
