Set relationship/index metadata on an entity schema. This stores metadata in the schema file; DB index creation is automatic where supported by the platform.

- `400`: Invalid arguments for this tool
- `401`: Missing or invalid bearer token
- `402`: Not enough credits on the account

- `500`: Internal error while executing the tool
