Operate live marketing: contacts/imports (may trigger existing automations), campaigns, schedules, reports, official Meta templates, flows, inbox replies and event connections. Can send to real people. Use only for the user's authorized operation. Read the exact schema first. A queued receipt is NOT delivery; inspect campaign/event/flow results. Uses the same engine as /audiences. Call get_marketing_capabilities(operation=...) for the native parameters, including body when required.
